Why couldn't they time the movies to launch during the June holidays. After the Pirates of the Caribbean, X Men just barely made it, then followed after the hols by the Green Lantern, then the Transformers and now Harry Porter.... that's literally $50+ bugs per movie in a series of weeks.. do the math..... Well the kids are in movie heaven at the moment. What happens when the frenzy(cinema) dies down.... .withdrawal ??.. (enough already... .. back to the books with you) I thought X Men Classic was excellent in portrayal. Then after I was asking the question, why do they create movies in a backward sequence these days.. jump into the middle like for Star Wars, Star Trek, Batman. I'm glad Lord of the Rings was shown in the right sequence. Is it perhaps true that we would not be as interested to see the origins until we have seen the middle of the story? Did I catch them in 3D , nah.. I think it's overrated if there aren't really that many special effects. Wh...
It's irritating to get pushed and nagged into signing for packages. You just want to relax after your hair styling or after a manicure or a massage instead you get stressed at the end of it. I'm not sure if it's done in the US and other places but here in Singapore this happens very often almost everywhere. Thank goodness they haven't started doing it at McDonalds. Unfortunately we're women.. we need more accessories, we need more beauty and skincare services and such to keep us going..... and take away the blues or we could live like drabs! I understand it's business, there's savings for you... but there is a limit. If I have already committed something to the establishment, then leave me in peace to complete it at least and then start the sales push. Sometimes you just want to indulge ONCE...but you get weary knowing what's waiting at the end of the session. But now, before I can even get to the last round, you've got 3-4 more vis...
Mine doesn't always work. Do you have a sense of humour.? Not everyone does. One of my three kids does not I discover, somehow I am not surprised, sad but it's not his fault. It's something one develops (or not) as a consequence of life, at the right point in life. I only hope one can develop it and it 's never too late. I think if you are happy enough and secure enough in your own shoes you probably would have one already. Nothing is more curious than the almost savage hostility that humor excites in those who lack it. ~George Saintsbury So can you laugh at yourself ? If you can then you are well- adjusted. Who else would agree with me ..... Humor is the great thing, the saving thing. The minute it crops up, all our irritation and resentments slip away, and a sunny spirit takes their place. ~Mark Twain Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not; a sense of humor to console him for what he is. ~Francis Bacon
